The conceptualization of this podcast started off with a simple idea- how (and in what setting) could I recreate the lunchroom conversations about footy (soccer) I would have in grade school? The passionate and entertaining arguments for/against a certain player or team would drag on until the bell rang. In the spirit of recapturing that same energy, I’ve banded together with the same group of mates to capture the same spirit; where we will present a “one-player per episode” format with one simple rule of discussion: Each player will be decided by randomly choosing a kit from my closest and then debating the player on the said kit.
